Poets are being urged to take part in a competition being run by the John Clare Cottage Trust.
The trust, which preserves the home of poet John Clare, launched the competition to coincide with World Poetry Day.
The theme is landscape because John had a passion for the countryside around his home in Helpston.
Poets of all ages and abilities can take part. The deadline is July 13.
There are categories for under 12s, 12 to 17-year-olds and 18s and over and the finalists in each category will be invited to read their poems at a poetry festival in Peterborough in September before the winner is chosen.
Poems should be up to 20 lines long and should be sent to John Clare Cottage, Woodgate, Helpston, PE6 7ED.
