A charity that helps people get back to work has been recognised for its success with a county award.

Toolbar, based at Bourne Snooker Centre, Cherryholt Road, received a Voluntary Sector Recognition Award at a ceremony organised by the Lincolnshire Community and Volunteer Service.

The award was received by trustee Victor Billitt and volunteer Roy McKinney, pictured above.

Roy said: “We’re both delighted to receive this on behalf of all our volunteers. “Without their help and commitment we wouldn’t be able to do what we do.

“A big thank you has to go to the person who nominated Toolbar. It’s nice to have our efforts recognised.”
