Emergency services were called to two car crashes over the weekend.
A car ended up in a ditch off Uppingham Road, near Oakham, at about 9.15pm on Friday. A fire crew was called to the scene but no-one was trapped or injured.
And a vehicle crashed into a Jet petrol pump at the Bloody Oaks service station, off the A1 northbound at Tickencote, at about 9am yesterday (Sunday). Fire crews cut the electricity to the pumps and no fuel was spilled. Two adults and a child were taken to Peterborough City Hospital as a precaution.
