Police seek witnesses after crash on A15 at Glinton

POLICE are looking for a driver who may have witnessed a car crash which left a man in hospital.

A black LandRover Discovery and a silver Mazda RX8 collided on the A15 in Glinton at about 11.05am today (Tuesday).

The Mazda driver, a 29-year-old man from Stilton, suffered serious injuries and was taken to Peterborough City Hospital.

The driver of the LandRover, a 51-year-old man from Wiltshire, suffered minor injuries and two passengers, a 32-year-old man from Wales and a 38-year-old man from Dorset, both suffered minor injuries.

Police want to talk to the driver of a silver vehicle who stopped briefly at the scene of the collision.

PC Claire Flude said: “I would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either vehicles in the moments leading up to the incident.

“I am particularly keen to hear from the driver of the silver vehicle which was travelling in front of the silver Mazda.”
