The A15 was re-opened on Tuesday night (30 May) following a crash involving two cars at a crossroads in Northorpe.
The accident involved a Subaru, with the driver from the Bourne area, and a Ford Focus, with a driver from Peterborough, and happened at 5.10pm on Tuesday.
The road was blocked as five police cars and an ambulance were called to the scene.
Police said only minor injuries had been reported and it is not yet known if anyone was taken to hospital.
The road remained blocked for about 45 minutes while the vehicles were recovered.
Earlier this year, on January 7, two 11-year-old girls were hit by a minibus at the same spot.
They were taken to hospital with critical injuries but have since made a recovery.
Villagers have campaigned for a pedestrian crossing to be installed there, which has been approved by Lincolnshire County Council but has not yet been installed.
