Woman suffers pelvic injuries in car crash at West Deeping

A woman was airlifted to hospital with a suspected fractured pelvis after a car crash.

A blue Ford Focus estate, a red Mini Cooper and a blue Mercedes CLK collided on the A1175 in West Deeping at about 12.45pm yesterday (Sunday).

A 50-year-old woman from Deeping Gate, a passenger in the Mini, was airlifted to Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham with a possible fractured pelvis. The driver of the Ford Focus, and 19-year-old man, and a passenger in the Mercedes, a 56-year-old woman, were taken to Peterborough City Hospital with suspected whiplash.
