A charity that helps people get back into work received a boost after two separate donations.

The Evan Cornish Fund, set up in memory of businessman Evan Cornish who died in 2002, gave £2,000 to Toolbar, which runs sessions from Bourne Snooker Centre every Monday.

And Waitrose in Stamford handed over a cheque for £210 after customers chose to support the charity.
