FRIENDS old and new gathered for a monthly meeting in aid of a church project on Tuesday.
St John’s Fellowship Mornings are held in Ryhall Parish Church on the second Tuesday of every month from 10.30am to midday and are an opportunity for people in the parish to come along and meet up for a cup of coffee and a chat.
Donations from the day go towards the church’s north porch project.
A meeting on Tuesday raised £41 for the cause.
Organiser Dorothy Dolby of Main Street, Belmesthorpe, said: “We have been running the mornings for about three to four years now.
“We are always looking for new people to join us.”
