Matthew Grace of the Bourne Town Harriers crossed the line first in a time of 8 minutes and 37 seconds, just two seconds slower than the best ever time for the course.
And 233 runners, ranging from four to 72-years-old completed the 2.5km all-terrain course, representing clubs, families and sponsored teams including the Bourne Harriers, Yaxley Runners, Werrington Joggers, Bourne Black Belt Academy, The Bourne 1st Scout Group and the Bourne Town Juniors under 13 Football Team.
Orgnaniser Tamara Hinch said: "The course was in great shape thanks to the team at Orwell House and Dyke Home Farm who prepared and improved the off-road part of the course, and although the weather had been poor leading up to the event, the sun came out for the race itself.
"We'd like to thank everyone for their support, including the volunteers who manned the course, the Wishing Well Inn, Ashfield Consultants and the police who loaned us cones."
Organisers are still counting the money, and all funds will go towards projects for the village.
