STAMFORD Under 12s produced a dominant display when they made the short journey to local rivals Deepings on Sunday for a triangulated fixture with Bourne.
Angus Collett set them on their way in their first match against Deepings with an early try which was followed by another four in the first half as Stamford dominated play in all areas.
The scorers were Tom Davies, Oliver Winspear, Sam Russell and
Nick Webb with all five converted by George Cox who was a revelation in the centre.
Deepings, with the wind at their backs, raised their game in the second half and after some poor defending scored two converted tries.
However, Luke Ford scored one more for Stamford, converted by Andy Marshall, to finish 42-14 victors.
Stamford were even more dominant against Bourne and, with no defensive errors, they kept a clean sheet while again scoring six converted tries from Jordan Baxter, Russell, Davies, Collett and Kris Howe (2), all converted by Cox, for a 42-0 win.

STAMFORD Under 11s continued their recent success with wins over Bourne and Deepings.
An early Andrew Johnstone try set them on their way in their first match against Bourne with Henry Wills then driving over for a further score.
Scrum-half Sam Evison kicked probingly and, despite some handling errors from over-ambitious set moves, the backs ran freely and further tries came from William Guy (2) and Paget.
After wholesale changes at half-time some of the Stamford momentum was lost but their line was never threatened and, with all five tries converted by Evison (3) and Guy (2), the game ended 35-0 in their favour.
Facing stronger opposition in their second match, the increasing impressive lock-forward Ollie Nettleton drove over strongly for a try from closerange.
The Stamford forwards secured better ball, particularly from the ruck, and the backs moved the ball imaginatively, bringing tries for centres Guy and Paget and winger Laurence Sidwell.
Three added conversions rounded off a 26-0 Stamford victory.

STAMFORD Under 10s fielded two squads - Thunder and Lightning - in their triangular fixture.
Lightning were in action first and lost 2-1 in a closely-contested game with Deepings.
Ben Hill-Brooks was their try scorer while Angus Bolton produced some outstanding tackling.
Their second game proved more difficult as they lost 4-2 to a well-drilled Bourne side.
Marcus Baxter and Alex Cooper produced excellent driving and mauling work while Finlay Hughes was their try scorer.
Thunder then won 4-2 in a keenly-contested match against Bourne.
Alex Chapman (2), James Keane and Sam Hills were their try scorer after some penetrating driving.
They saved their best until last as they beat Deepings 3-0 thanks to tries from Keane, Jacob Turp and Hills.
Hills' try was the pick as the ball was passed through the hands of every Stamford player on its way to the final grounding by the corner flag.

Stamford Under 8s also had two squads - Tigers and Bulls - in action.
The Tigers beat a combined Deeping and Bourne side 8-4 in the opening match.
Chester Hooper set them on their way with a trademark score and, although Deeping equalised, Tom Baxter steamed through to put Town ahead again.
Deeping again hit back, but Archie Hill struck twice to put Stamford on control.
The hosts again closed the gap before Hooper ran in two more looping tries.
Deeping had enough to pull it back to 6-4 before Luke Hills scored with a run in at the corner.
Thomas van Dongen then scored his first try for Stamford to wrap up the win.
The Bulls outgunned their opposition with a 7-0 victory in a contest that was stopped early due to Stamford's dominance.
Jacob Shamsi started the scoring for the Bulls and Harry Miller then ran the full length of the pitch to make it 2-0.
Charlie Kidd matched this to stretch the score to 3-0 and, although Gabby Marachel was tackled just short of the line, a quick pass to Miller brought home the Bulls' fourth try.
Kidd scored the fifth from a great display of team passing before Max Lindley scorched down the touchline to make it 6-0 and Miller closed the contest with another pitch-length try.
THE tries flowed in a mini Under 7s tournament at Deeping.
