RUTLAND Running Club are holding a series of six sessions for new runners.
Training will be structured to meet the abilities of everybody including those with no running experience.
Adam Brown of Rutland Running Club said: “The aim is to work up from a mix of slow jogging and walking to a gentle three mile run over the course of six weeks.
“The club organises a range of runs for different levels each week which anybody can join.”
The beginners sessions start on Tuesday, March 15 at 6.45pm from the Sports Centre at Catmose College, Oakham.
