The Motley Crew picked up back-to back wins within the spaces of a few days, beating Holkham and Witham Whackers.

Sean Patchett led the way at Holkham with an unbeaten 103. Jamie Bones backed him up with 62 as the Crew racked up 241 for 3. Tom Patchett got 28 and John Gallimore 24 not out.

In reply Holkham were 176 all out with Stan Vickers, Norman Brown and Sean Patchett taking two wickets each, Charlotte Patchett claiming one alongside three run outs.

A few days earlier, the crew played Whackers on the newly laid square at Witham.

The home side posted 111-3 with Josh and Rob Bentley both hitting 25 before retiring.

Motleys chased well with Tom Patchett, Kurt Storey and Mark Ellis all getting 25 before retiring. The result was decided on the penultimate ball with Martin Thorley reverse sweeping for two to win the game for Motleys.
