FOOTBALL: Fabulous four for Uppingham

UPPINGHAM Town put four past King's Cliffe on Tuesday evening to make it three wins and 14 goals in their last three games.

Town beat last season's title challengers 4-0 with goals from Omar Elkashoty, Jamie Binley and a brace from Rob Forster at Tod's Piece.

After previously beating Deeping Rangers Reserves 6-4 and Whittlesey United 4-1, Uppingham are building up momentum in the Peterborough and District League ahead of next Tuesday's Rutland derby at Oakham United.

United, who have won both their opening games, are due to play Deeping away this evening.
