STAMFORD AFC will launch a newly-formed Young Daniels Football Development Centre on Saturday.
The club is for girls and boys aged from five to 10 years old, meets at Uffington Road Playing Fields, and is free.
All the coaches are CRB checked and meet FA requirements.
Football director Guy Walton said: “We are really excited about this. Our pitches and training methods meet the recently sanctioned FA requirements with small sides on small pitches.
“We want them to have the maximum number of touches of the ball in a fun environment.”
Players will warm up from 9.25am for a 9.30am start where sessions will include ball games and small-sided games until 10.30am.
Youngsters taking part should bring appropriate clothing for the weather , shin pads, football boots or trainers and water or drinks.
The club hopes ultimately players will progress from the Saturday Morning Club through to youth sides and senior football in due course.
Stamford will enter teams into leagues from U7s through to U16s as well as youth and U21 teams next season.
“It’s all part of our work as part of the community and towards what we hope will be a new home at Ryhall Road,” added Walton.
