FOOTBALL: Daniels’ new management team takes shape

THE new management team at the Daniels is starting to shape with more arrivals announced this morning.

New boss Graham Drury has brought in Dean West and Chris Palmer to work alongside him.

West relinquished his duties as Lincoln Moorlands manager earlier this week, reforming his partnership with Graham and assistant boss Paul Holden following recent seasons as player and coach at Corby Town.

He made more than 400 appearances for Burnley, Bury, Lincoln City and Boston United, his and experience will prove influential to next season’s playing squad.

Palmer is well known to Evo-stik League football following his time at Spalding United. He joins the club as team physio following last season at The Steelmen. He is a Qualified sports physio, sports massuer, and holds qualifications in sports diet and nutrition. He is also a B licence coach and is currently on the FHT Massuer Course for the Olympic Athletes association.
