Open forum on Stamford AFC investment plans
Stamford AFC chairman Chris Rivett will face fans at an open forum to discuss investment in the club.
Regal Sports Press, a company of which Mr Rivett is a director, recently made a formal written offer to major Daniels shareholders.
The chairman insists investment in the club’s infrastructure is essential if Stamford’s ambitions of climbing the non-league ladder from their current level in Evo-Stik Division One South are to be realised.
Mr Rivett has previously responded to questions from fans on the Daniels website but is keen to meet face-to-face with supporters and shareholders.
The forum will be held at the club’s ground in Kettering Road from 6.30pm for a 7pm start tomorrow (Tuesday).
