Royce Rangers (2005) U14s made it back-to-back wins with a 4-2 victory at bottom side Bushby United on Sunday morning.

Royce chose to kick down the slope in the first half and were soon on top after Ross Bussingham was brought down in the area for a 10th minute penalty. Matty Brown made no mistake with the spot kick.

Five minutes later Ryan Henderson slipped Bussingham through and he kept his head to finished well and double the lead.

Royce kept the pressure up, forcing Bushby’s goalkeper to handle a back pass and conceded a free kick which Brown drilled hard into the net for Royce’s third.

Royce were comfortably three up at the break but the second half proved a different story with Bushby’s pacy strikers taking advantage of the slope and pulling two goals back.

Wallace brought William Devere Summers back on to tighten up the midfield and this switch released Nathan Liptrott to surge down the right flank. Royce started to get on top again and the Bushby keeper could only parry a Bussingham shot in to the path of Liam Truscott who made no mistake.
