More than 120 members and guests attended Burghley Park’s New Year’s Eve celebrations, enjoying dinner and dancing into the early hours of 2013.

Ladies’ Captain Jan Devlin took the opportunity to thank Tony and Julie Gibbons, and their staff for an impressive catering service throughout the year, and Terina Charlesworth and her team behind the bar. Janet Duff and Julie Emmins had done a great job decorating the clubhouse.

Players took part in the annual New Year’s Day Texas Scramble, with 80 members (20 teams) on the course at 9am to work up an appetite for the traditional New Year breakfast which followed.
