Mighty Dragons are moving to a new den

Bourne Deeping Hockey Club are moving to the brand new home tomorrow with celebrations including a fancy-dress charity match.

The club’s new home will be the new artificial pitch at Arthur Mellows Village College, Glinton.

To mark their move, the BDHC are holding a club day from 10.30am.

A mixed, fancy dress match will be held in aid of Children in Need from 10.30am ahead of a more serious ladies cup match against Ely at 12.30pm.

The club currently runs several teams with the ladies 1st and 3rd team, and the men’s 4th and 5th team training at the new venue on Monday from 7pm. The men’s 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams train on Thursdays at 7pm. Junior training remains at the Deeping pitch on Saturdays from 9am.
