Bourne Rugby Club will be wearing new tight-fit shirts when they visit Stamford College Old Boys tomorrow afternoon.

The Shirts have been provided by The Red Lion in Bourne and the club’s first team skipper, Adam Binns, was delighted.

He said: “It’s fantastic that they have provided us with the new shirts.

“Being tight fit, they will give us an extra edge in games, making it harder for the opposition to tackle us.

Shaun Leahy, manager at the Red Lion said: “We are pleased to once again be supporting Bourne Rugby as they continue to raise the profile in the town and in their League.”

Binns added: “We meet up before away games in the Red and it is great to continue the link with Shaun and Andy (Binder, the Red’s owner) as we continue to use them as a base while away from our clubhouse.”

He added: “We have worked with Stamford-based Precision Sports to design the kit which retains all the original design from the first shirts 25 years ago when the club formed.”

Tomorrow’s match kick s off at 2.15pm.
