LINCOLNSHIRE Day will be celebrated in Bourne Abbey Church Hall on Saturday from 10am until 4pm.
Visitors can find out about famous Lincolnshire folk; watch a DVD on the history of bulb growing in Spalding; learn about the only working eight-sail windmill in the country and buy some of the flour ground at Heckington. There will also games, information, a quiz and a raffle. A variety of Lincolnshire food will be served all day.
Special harvest-related activities for children will run from 2pm until 4pm. Admission is 50p for adults and free for children.
All proceeds will go to local NSPCC projects in Lincolnshire.
