BURGHLEY Fine Food Market will be held in the cobbled courtyards of Burghley House on Sunday and Monday.
The event is a celebration of local produce in association with Tastes of Lincolnshire. More than 20 local quality food producers will be selling cheese, bread, vegetables and meat, in a relaxed, but bustling market atmosphere. The Chestnut Courtyard is open from 10am to 4pm and admission is free.
The sweeping grounds of this beautiful Elizabethan house provide the perfect setting for walking the dog a walk, enjoying a picnic and watching the herd of fallow deer which are resident in the park,
Burghley’s parkland, designed during the 18th century by Capability Brown, is open all year round and admission is free (except on event days),
