Each September thousands of infants start school for the very first time across Stamford, Rutland, Bourne and the Deepings. It’s an exciting period for the children and their parents!

Every year the Rutland and Stamford Mercury celebrates this momentous occasion with First Class - a special 24-page supplement featuring photographs of hundreds of new pupils. Each edition of the supplement forms a unique souvenir and is a must for parents and grandparents right across the area.
