A FARMING weekend with a 40s and 50s feel will be held at Thurlby Fen tomorrow and Sunday.
Barley Mow has something for all the family to enjoy including: threshing, combining and cutting demonstrations; working tractors; displays of machinery and cars; a bygone exhibition; Shetland ponies; raffle; skittles; table top sale and hot and cold food and drinks. Admission is £3 for adults and free for accompanied children.
On Sunday from there will be a harvest festival on the site. Proceeds will go to St Firmin’s Church and Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice.
