A LEVEL RESULTS: Bourne Academy celebrates 100 per cent pass rate for third year running

Bourne Academy is celebrating a 100 per cent pass rate at A Levels for the third year running.

A record 35 per cent of the school’s results were in the A* to B category - an 11 per cent rise on last year.

Headteacher Laurence Reilly is delighted, saying: “Whilst we are delighted by the performance of all our Year 13 students, particular congratulations are due to Nina Wilson and Shannan Hibbins, both of whom achieved two A* grades at A Level and As in their other subjects.”

BTec Level 3 results were also good with 100 per cent of grates at distinction or above - 91 per cent of these were distinction*, the highest possible grade.
