Funhouse Comedy Club at The Blue Bell in Easton-on-the-Hill

A night of comedy is set to have people laughing out loud.

Funhouse Comedy Club, which already runs events across the country, is launching a new comedy night at The Blue Bell in Easton-on-the-Hill on Wednesday (November 24).

Funhouse clubs are renowned for having ‘friendly audiences’ and a ‘brilliant atmosphere’, which have led to twice winning Best Midlands Comedy Club awards with leading comedy website Chortle.

Previous acts to have played its clubs on their road to the top include Sarah Millican, Joe Lycett, James Acaster and Rhod Gilbert, who described the clubs as ‘among the best anywhere in the world’.

Headlining the launch will be Paul McCaffrey, who has appeared on Live at The Apollo, BBC 3’s Impractical Jokers and Russell Howard’s Good News and has supported Michael McIntyre, John Bishop and Lee Mack on tour.

Support comes from Canadian stand-up, writer and actor David Tsonos while completing the line-up is ‘Brummie’ Craig Deeley, who has supported Paul Sinha on tour.

Compere for the night will be the 2014 English Comedian Of The Year winner, Jack Campbell.

Tickets are £10 in advance with doors opening at 7pm and the show starting at 8pm.
