The Osprey Leadership Foundation celebrates International Women's Day with conservation projects in Rutland and The Gambia
An environmental project is celebrating International Women’s Day by highlighting the work of conservationists living 3,000 miles apart.
The Osprey Leadership Foundation aims to help people in the UK and The Gambia launch a career in conservation.
It was established two years ago by Tim Mackrill, a former osprey project officer at Rutland Water.
