PEOPLE got creative to show off their work in a village craft show.
The 24th Exton Produce and Craft Show was held at Exton Village Hall and more than 30 winners were rewarded for their efforts.
Outgoing secretary Lynda Berry said that the show was well supported and despite the bad weather there was a good selection of flowers, fruit and vegetables.
The home produce and craft sections also had a good number of exhibits.
The children’s section included a display of wooden spoons decorated as scarecrows made by pupils at Exton and Greetham Primary School.
The Lady Juliana Noel presented the awards to 32 winners and after which she was given a posy of flowers and a cheque for her chosen charity NSPCC.
The day also featured a raffle, with prizes including two Birdfair tickets donated by Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust, two osprey cruise tickets donated by Rutland Osprey Project, cream tea for two at Barnsdale Lodge and many more.
