Petrol station and M&S plans for Market Deeping are revised

Amended plans for a new petrol station and convenience store have been submitted to South Kesteven District Council.

Plans for the petrol filling station off the A15/A1175 roundabout in Market Deeping were previously approved after being taken to appeal by the applicant, the Lindum Group.

Now, an amended application has been submitted which seeks to increase the number of electric vehicle charging bays from one to eight and include the addition of three jet wash bays.

The applicants also hope to move the fuel tanker location point to benefit the operation and function of the scheme.

Twenty-five jobs are set to be created through the creation of the 24-hour BP filling station and Marks and Spencer convenience store.
