An evening of pig racing and games

Join Nene and Welland Oddfellows for an evening of pig racing and other family-friendly games and entertainment, which will be held at Tinwell Vilage Hall, Manor Lane in Tinwell, on Friday, June 17.

Starting at 6.30pm, the event is open to everyone, is free to attend and complimentary refreshments will be served. There’s no need to pre-book.

Oddfellows District Secretary Karen Earth said: “If it’s anything like our previous events, it will be a real blast.

“Our mechanical racing pigs seem to bring out the child in even our oldest of guests! There’s entertainment and games planned for all ages – youngsters through to seniors – and there will be a raffle in aid of Hearing Dogs for the Deaf.

“It’s also a great chance for local people to find out about the work of our friendship group in the area and see how our members enjoy being part of such a supportive, friendly society.

“We’d love to welcome you.”
