Volunteers, Rosemary Candish and her husband, Roy have been volunteering at Stamford Railway Station for more than three years, helping to keep its platforms looking presentable.

Most recently the pair have helped to install a number of new planters funded by Stamford Round Table and East Midlands Trains - to add a bit of welcome colour at the station.

Rosemary said: “We are always looking for new volunteers to join us. If there’s anyone out there who would like to give us a hand, we would be more than pleased to see them.”

If you are interested call Rosemary on 07941494094.
