Barn owl hatching eagerly awaited in Bourne

Barn owl chicks due to hatch this week are still currently being incubated by their mother.

Three eggs were laid in an owl tower near Bourne around a month ago.

One appears to have been rejected due to a crack in the shell, but two others are expected to hatch any time now.
