Pupils at Bourne Abbey and Bourne Elsea Park primary schools celebrated the Queen becoming the longest reigning monarch.

Each year group has been studying the historical significance of the reign of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. This has included some of the major events that have occurred during her reign and also the more personal aspects of her family and life. All the pupils also received a special commemorative coin to remind them of this record breaking point in history.
