A MENTAL health charity is celebrating a successful first year.
The Bourne Wellbeing Group was formed a year ago on Friday last week after funding was pulled from the town’s Mind centre.
The charity, with the support of Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Services and the Len Pick Trust, now operate five days a week from Wake House, Bourne.
Member Sue Protheroe said “This place is a real lifeline. When you’re feeling low it makes all the difference to know you’re not alone and that other people have been through the same thing.”
