Bakery business booms in new Stamford premises

A baker is embracing the opportunities brought about by moving to her first commercial premises.

Lou Cox's brownie business rocketed during the pandemic, outgrowing the space available in her home kitchen.

She has now settled into a unit at Brownlow Street in Stamford and is expanding the business.
