The two villains broke in to houses throughout Lincolnshire and Leicestershire on July 4 this year, the court heard.

Connors and Cash burgled the homes in Exeter Gardens, Stamford, Thurmaston, Scraptoft, and Market Harborough with the intent to steal jewellery.

They carried out another burglary in Skillington intending to steal money the court was told.

The raiders also burgled other properties in Thurmaston, Thurnby, and Leicester.

Recorder Graham Huston adjourned sentence to a future date as he remanded both Connors and Cash in custody.
