A coffee roaster has set up stall at Stamford Market.

Bruce Garside started trading as Silver Oak Coffee, an artisan coffee micro-roastery in Thorney, near Peterborough, in December.

From his stall in Stamford which launched last week he will offer both coffees and beans.

He roasts small lots, from the best of the crop each season and regularly has new coffees to talk about and to try.

His offer currently includes smooth, exquisite quality Costa Rican, an intense, lemony Ethiopian, a premium, dark chocolatey Guatemalan.

Bruce said: “Speciality coffee brewed it to its optimum is a very different beverage to what we have been fooled into thinking is good coffee in the UK.

“My coffees are high quality and, together with our green bean suppliers, we are sourcing some of the finest and most interesting coffee beans available to the market.

“If you like coffee, you will definitely love Silver Oak Coffee’.”

Silver Oak Coffee welcome visitors to the roastery and sells online at to domestic and commercial customers.
