PLANS for a new tip are set for approval.
PMK Recycling has applied to Lincolnshire County Council to build a household waste recycling centre on the site of its waste sorting facility in Baston Outgang Road.
The application will go before the council’s planning and regulation committee on Tuesday and has been recommended for approval by planning officers.
The committee first considered the application in March but deferred a decision because of concerns about traffic volumes.
Councillors carried out a site visit on Monday and are now ready to make a final decision.
The new tip would only accept household waste.
