The Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) programme offers businesses funded training, tailored to their specific needs.
Training is flexible and businesses can select full qualifications or mix and match individual units that are directly relevant to their work.
Training is delivered by public services provider Serco, alongside the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority and Business Board.
Launched in April, the programme focuses on upskilling employees in key priority sectors: Agriculture and Food, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Logistics, IT and Digital, Health and Social Care and Construction.
Businesses can contact Serco at email@example.com or visit www.serco-ssw.comto find out if they are eligible for training.
