Cottesmore artist donates portrait of Captain Tom Moore to Empingham Medical Centre




A portrait of national hero Captain Tom Moore now has pride of place on the wall of a GP surgery.

It was presented to Empingham Medical Centre by artist Andrea Naylor, 52, who lives in nearby Cottesmore with her 12-year-old daughter.

Captain Tom turned 100 last month and has now raised more than £32 million to help support the NHS through the coronavirus crisis.
