A car veered off the road and into a hedge in North Luffenham on Saturday (January 20).

The driver suffered no injuries in the incident which occurred around 8.15pm in Edith Weston Road.

A fire crew from Oakham attended the incident.

A spokesman for the fire service said: “Please take extra care when driving, especially at night during wintery weather.”
