A fundraising club is gearing up for its 10th annual charity car show.

The Stamford and District Round Table will hold the event on the Meadows in Stamford from 10am to 5pm on Sunday, August 25.

More than 500 car owners will park up their vehicles, which will range from vintage icons to modern classics.

As with previous shows, there will be a flypast by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight during the afternoon,
as well as the annual duck race.

There will also be the usual variety of trade and food stands, with bouncy castle and other entertainment for children. And a rally of cars will take place around Stamford and Rutland.

Entry will be free and all proceeds will go to Stamford and District Round Table’s community service fund for local causes.
