CCTV released after attempted theft from Homebase in Stamford

Police hunting for a thief who tried to steal more than £600 worth of garden tools have release two CCTV images of men they want to question.

The attempted theft took place at Homebase in Ryhall Road, Stamford, at 12.55pm on Monday last week. Two thieves left the store with a holdall full of tools, but were stopped by the manager outside.

Police have since released CCTV images of two men they want to speak to in relation to the crime.
