Parveen The Spice Queen, Gok Wan's brother Kwoklyn and MasterChef contestant Simon Spooner among chefs to take part in food festival at Sacrewell Farm
If you are passionate about food, The Great Sacrewell Farm and Food Fest is the place to be from 9.30am to 5pm on Saturday, July 27.
This event is the perfect opportunity to connect with farmers and local artisans who are dedicated to producing and preparing unique, delicious, and wholesome local foods. Held at Sacrewell Farm and Country Centre, it is an opportunity to celebrate everything that is home-grown and locally sourced.
Celebrity chefs such as Parveen The Spice Queen, Kwoklyn Wan, Simon Spooner and chef James Birchall will give demonstrations during the day. Local food champions will also be there to showcase their wares and offer food tips in the live cooking theatre.
Visitors can browse the vibrant local arts and craft stalls, watch flour and bread being made in the 18th Century Grade II listed water mill and participate in all the activities and fun that Sacrewell Farm has to offer.
The Great Sacrewell Farm and Food Fest is part education for both children and adults, part community support for the people who produce our food and 100 per cent delicious fun!
The event will run from 9.30am to 5pm and tickets also include Farm entry. Standard farm admission tickets will not be available on this day.
Pre-booking is advised as tickets are limited. Entry is free for annual pass holders with a pre-booked ticket.
