Stamford cheese maker opens Whyte Wytch at Sacrewell Farm's artisan courtyard near Wansford

A cheese maker is the next business to open at Sacrewell Farm’s new artisan courtyard near Wansford.

Alison Williamson, from Stamford, started Whyte Wytch earlier this year after retiring from her role in IT.

She started her career in dairy - making yogurt and cheese - before studying agriculture at university and becoming a dairy husbandry advisor for Defra.
