Lincolnshire police chief constable Bill Skelly is retiring with Chris Haward to replace him




Lincolnshire Chief Constable Bill Skelly is to retire following what he described as ‘an extraordinary year’.

After four years at the helm, he will hand over a £100m budget and ongoing crime and disorder issues to a new chief.

East Midlands deputy chief constable Chris Haward was chosen by the Lincolnshire Police and Crime Panel yesterday (Friday).
