Cottesmore Recycling Centre will be closed to members of the public on Tuesday, January 19, due to a scheduled power outage.

Electricity supply to the site will be temporarily disrupted between 9am and 5pm while Western Power Distribution connects a number of new properties to the local network.

The Civic Amenity Site at North Luffenham, which is normally closed on Tuesdays, will be open from 10am to 4pm that day to provide an alternative location for residents needing to dispose of household waste and recycling.

More information about recycling in Rutland can be found on the county council website.
