Rutland County Council's cabinet reshuffle makes processes 'more joined up'

There has been a slight reshuffle of Rutland County Council’s Conservative-controlled cabinet to make processes more “joined up”.
Following an announcement at a full council meeting on Monday, September 14, responsibility for environmental services has been transferred from Coun Gordon Brown (Con) to Coun Lucy Stephenson (Con).
Responsibility for property services has also been transferred from Coun Brown to Coun Oliver Hemsley (Con).
