Man admits stealing wrap from Stamford services

A MAN has admitted stealing a sandwich and possessing an offensive weapon in public.

Glen Graham, 24, of Foundry Road, Stamford, appeared in Grantham Magistrates Court on Saturday.

He admitted stealing a wrap, worth £2.99, from the BP filling station in Scotgate, Stamford, on June 29.

He also admitted possessing a 25mm screwdriver in public on June 30.

Magistrates fined Graham £200 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
