A man has been arrested after a series of car crashes around Sheepmarket in Stamford.

Four vehicles were damaged after a car crashed into them just prior to 4pm on Friday last week.

A police spokesman said a 26-year-old man from Stamford was arrested on suspicion of failure to provide a breath sample and released on bail.

Police have spoken to a number witnesses but anyone with any information not yet reported has been asked to call 101 quoting incident number 301 July 25.
